This is why we're building
RomiQ.

The Problem (aka Our Daily Nightmare)

After years of working in education, we've always felt something was missing—mainly our sanity. Picture this: You're juggling attendance sheets, student records, parent emails, class schedules, and enough documents to deforest a small country. Everything's scattered across 17 different platforms, 43 spreadsheets (one is mysteriously named "FINAL_FINAL_v3_actuallyFINAL.xlsx"), and that one filing cabinet nobody wants to open. We've watched large industry giants provide "solutions" that are about as flexible as a steel beam and as intuitive as assembling IKEA furniture in the dark. Spoiler alert: nobody wins.

The Solution

One day, amidst the chaos of our fifth coffee and third mental breakdown, we thought: "What if we stopped suffering and built something that actually works?" Revolutionary, we know. Inspired by companies like Notion (who proved that you CAN have nice things), we set out to create an all-in-one school management system that doesn't make you want to flip your desk. Our mission? Help educators discover that "work-life balance" isn't just a myth, give administrators tools that won't require a PhD to operate, and create a bridge between teachers, students, and parents that doesn't involve carrier pigeons. Basically, we're here so you can get back to the important stuff—like actually teaching instead of drowning in paperwork.

Transparency & Collaboration (We Promise We're Not Evil)

We've always admired companies that don't treat their users like mysterious black boxes that occasionally need feeding. Whether it's hosting feedback sessions where we actually listen (wild concept), building in public so you can watch us make mistakes in real-time, or maintaining open communication channels that won't leave you on read, these are the values we're sticking to. Even when we're wildly successful and swimming in pools of money (a founder can dream), we promise not to become those people who forget where they came from. Cross our hearts and hope to never write "please refer to FAQ #2847 for assistance."

Miguel & Nicole (The Brave Souls)

Still somewhat caffeinated,
The Founders (yes, we survived to tell the tale)
