3.0 License Grant

Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms, RomiQ provides you with a restricted, non exclusive, non transferable license without the right to sublicense to access and use the Services, and to install and operate the accompanying Software. This license covers use by your school's authorized personnel and clients on devices such as desktop computers, laptops, tablets, smartphones, or any other internet enabled equipment within your institution.

4.0 License Limitations and Third Party Components

You agree not to engage in, or permit others to engage in, any of the following:

• Using the Software or Services in any manner other than what is expressly permitted under Section 3
• Separating, splitting, or using individual components of the Software across multiple devices
• Modifying, adapting, translating, publicly displaying or performing, embedding into other systems, or creating derivative works based on the Software or Services
• Renting, leasing, sublicensing, lending, distributing, or otherwise making the Software or Services available to any external party
• Transferring access to or ownership of the Software or Services to any third party
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise extract the source code of the Software, except where such actions are explicitly allowed by applicable law or by the terms governing any integrated third party libraries
• Removing, altering, or hiding any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices included in the Software, Services, or their documentation
• Allowing third parties to use the Software or Services through hosting, shared access, service bureaus, outsourced environments, or similar arrangements

Third Party Software Notice

Certain features of the Software may include or rely upon third party software, which is licensed to you under separate terms provided with that component or presented during installation. If any terms related to such third party software conflict with these Terms, the third party terms will apply for that component only. RomiQ assumes no responsibility or liability for the behavior, performance, or licensing of third party software.
